The 21 villas are divided into three almost identical villa types with constructed areas between approx. 350 m2 and 420 m2. They all have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a TV room which can be used as office and a storage room. Furthermore, each villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and offers its own pool.
